fuel pressure

I just pieced together my top end.......d.u.I dizzy with vac advance, offenhauser intake with egr block offs, 32/36 dgev Webber , low pressure fuel pump, fuel pressure regulater, lce Pro Cylinder Head w/Camshaft ,street performer cam, pacesetter header etc......also forgot to mention it was a 22re but has been converted to carb. My question is what kind of power should I expect out of this setup with a stock bottom end... watt should I set my trimming at and what should I run for fuel pressure... my current setup is 4psi fuel pressure and 3° to 5° advanced it kinda jumps back and forth(is that normal).
