Fuel line issues

So I just swapped a new motor and trans into my truck. The old motor had a female end on the fuel line, new one a male.

Now i've been all over (auto parts, fitting store, dealer) to try and find a coupler but no one has anything. I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas.

These will be single flare (I believe) and you should be able to cut off the old fitting, re flare the end, and get a threaded coupler - get another piece of steel line, fare the other end and get the fittings to attach to the coupler - done.

sounds harder than it is really. But there's no reason why you would not be able to get some steel line, fittings, and a coupler. Any auto shop should have these. In Canada I would go to a Canadian tire, Napa, bumper to bumper, Partsource, even a toyota dealership should have these things...

My issue is I now have 2 male ends.

Are you saying cut off the factory male ends, get 2 males and a female coupler that work together and redo the flares?

There is a coupler that you probably left on the old motor. You should be able to get a replacement at the dealer. I did the same thing myself, but luckly I still had the old motor to steal it from.
