Are you sure you tightened the fuel rail bolts back up? Also those washers under the fuel rail banjo bolts are suppost to be replaced any time you remove them.
Got good insurance?

It must be an assembly/O-ring issue.......you can't get enough pressure to leak like that

orings from Ell
Yep had to disassemble it again - they said to put gas on the orings prior to insertion I did them dry -eek not good reassembled with new orings and added some lube- went in clean and no leaks this time.
