I don't know what I'm doing wroung here , on the end the cap that goes on is tight does it need to be heated or just forced on ? Do I put oil on O-Rings and Gurmmits or leave dry ? When the rebuild kit came it had no instructions , Any input would be helpful ! I thought I saw something on here the other day but can't find it , need help

You can use a small amount of electric grease or a drop of oil on the o rings. I normaly do this when installing injectors.
