fuel damper

dose anyone know where the fuel damper is located at on my 87 4-runner with the 22re ???

Its on the front of the fuel rail below the throttle body.

It should have a plastic cap on the end. Take the battery out, and a 22mm wrench will remove it. This is what it looks like.
