Get a few of those cans of "canned air", like you'd use to clean computer keyboards and things, and put the straw on the end and spray the spark plug and cool it down. The cooling effect may cause the plug to shrink enough to break the threads loose.

Lemme guess you tried to pull plugs when engine was hot? WRONG! never do that on an Alluminum head engine! Or you will strip them gotta let it cool down and take em out.
