front suspnsion question
1992 pick up IFS 2" body lift with 31x10.5x15 yada yada, has nothing to do with this post....
anyways ....
im about to replace the brake pads... no big deal. i will also replace the rotors while im in there. again, no big deal.
since im replacing rotors and brake pads..... should i be concerned about any other parts? CV joints to be specific?
Id rather do an all inclusive deal once its on my friends lift. replace first, rather than ask questions later.
what parts are recommended , needing some TLC ?
help a shade tree mechanic out !

What condition are the CV axles in? If they're good, no need to replace them I suppose. You'll have the wheel bearings out, so inspect and repack them, naturally, and get some new wheel seals. Do you have manual hubs? If not, it's a good time to upgrade. Check the condition of your front brake hoses, and flush the fluid. Adjust the rear brakes, check the LSPV and wheel cylinders for leaks before the flush. Since you've got the brake fluid out, you might as well flush the clutch hydraulics too.
Have fun.
