Front side light removal

The pass. side light went out and I was wondering the best way to change out the bulb? Is it possible to go in from the back after removing the battery or do you have to remove the whole grill?
Thanks!

The coner (triangle like) light?

Heres what you do.

1st - unscrew the two bolts holding it to the fender
2nd- take a flat head screwdriver with some tape over then end (no scratches)
3rd- put the screw driver between the light and the headlight/grill
4th- twist the screw driver till the light pops out.

There are 2 little pop things that have to come out, one on the top, one on the bottom. They both pop into the grill.

you should be able to pull it out, now take a hold of the back of the light that is in the lense ( the wires will be attached to it...) push in slightly then turn. It should turn and then come out.

You then can push and turn the little bulb out, go to the store and grab a new one.

OR

if you are talking about the actual headlight you have to:

1st. remove both side markers
2nd. remove grill retaining clips (they will probibly break)
3rd remove the grill. ( I had to loosen my bumper to allow it to come out)
4th unscrew the headlight, put in your new headlight.

Thanks a bunch!!

Yes, its only the corner light.

I didn't want to start prying without knowing exactly what I was getting into. Plastic things get brittle out here in the heat so I wanted to be careful.

No problem, a good tip:

The light feels like its gonna break, but keep going it will eventually pop out.

Just took care of it. Quick 5 minute job!

Yes, it did feel like it would break, and sounded like it, too.

Thanks again!
