Front Caliper > Where to buy

Yep...

New truck so its getting brakes....
I have new asian master cylinder + booster from toyota >OE.
Stainless steel lines just shipped so thats covered..
I got some brembo rotors from tirerack
ATE pad set from a local import parts store..

BUT >> I have been shopping caliper sets and have NOT had good luck on the results...
NOT trying to use cheep remans from beck-arnley or A1 cardon
Also NOT looking to drop $385 each caliper on the OE stuff
Mine are BEYOND rebuilding....

IS there a source that people are using that has a QUALITY set other then OE?
Toyota part CALIPER #'s 47750‑35080 + 47730‑35080
Toyota caliper REBUILD KIT # 04479-35010 for someones search info

Nothing wrong with remans as there isn't much to go wrong with a caliper.
Used dozens, never an issue.

I got a rebuilt caliper at Napa for 42 buckets after getting my core charge back. If you're doing brakes anyways, you can do a T100 brake upgrade, just source T100 rotors and Calipers and they bolt right up with no modification.

Personally I feel that Brembos are over priced for a blank rotor and I got a set of ATE Slotted rotors on Tirerack.

OE Remanned: $143.78 add -84 to the end of the oe part numbers. And then there is also a $60 core charge I believe making them $83.78 a piece.

I like the idea of the t-100 upgrade while your in there though.

Im owner opp at a VW-Porsche-Audi performance shop and the middle ground reman is allways sub par VS what comes out of a box that has a remaned in Germany part...
I guess im just leery on the parts end of it for toyota... Im new to it

Now that I have been reading all weekend
I wish I would have know about the T-100 upgrade BEFORE i ordered...

I have a tirereackwholesale account so pricing was WAY better on the brembos then ANYthing else that is name brand.. ($42 each shipped)

THIS IS GOOD INFO RIGHT HERE!!!
Thanks for the tip...

In VAG world you add an "X" to the end of the part and it arrives as reman VS new..
And the costs reflect accordingly

Ill be back with some pics once I have all the parts...
