Front Bumper Bolt Sizes?

Ordered a new bumper but of course adding hardware with an order would be too much like right.

The bolts that hold the bumper ends to the bumper? Size? Shape?

I dont have my oem bumper to go by as i let a buddy in a tough time scrap it.

Pics would help i cant find any

Thanks in advance

Ends to the bumper? What do you mean? The bolts across the front of the crossmember.
My suggestion, go to a hardware store and try some bolts.
Almost all toyota hardware is m8, m10, m12 or m14 x1.25 thread pitch.
If its a structural bolt you should get grade 8.

Sctoy, im referring to the two end caps on a bumper, the bumper is actually 3 pieces, 2 curved end caps and 1 straight section. The caps bolt on to the bumper to make the turn along the fenders/side.of the truck.

It looks all one piece but is actually 3 and im trying to find the correct bolts to bolt it all together

They are either M6 or M8

M6 are 1.0 thread pitch

M8 are 1.25 thread pitch

as to length I would think 20 to 30 mm should work but it is just a guess

There are 4 bolts, 2 on each side, if I remember right, I used a 9/16" socket on them, about 1.25 or 1.5 inches long.

Old man syndrom setting in... They're Uhm... Carriage bolts, or pan head. As for the size not sure just trace them and take your note pad into the hardware store, cause they'll look at you funny if you carry in the whole bumper.

If you want the factory bolts go to your Toyota dealer .

You might be able to still get them.

Although none of the Toyota vehicles I had every had those on.
