Front Bump Stop HELP

I got Energy suspension low pro bump stops a few weeks ago and today i have time to install them. I removed on after days of WD40. Now when i go to loosen the nut on a bottom the whole bump stop turns.

What can i do to stop the bump stop from turning? i am willing to break the nut if i have to.

Grab onto the metal ring with a pair of vice grips.

Or torch the stupid thing out.

I can't remember how I got the old ones off anymore, but I think I got the rubber cut off, then used an angle grinder from underneath.

Yea i am just going to cut the bolts off because
1 it is to hard to get tools in to properly remove the stops and
2 it is just easier to cut then wrench.
