Freeze 12 recharge

I don't use my AC that often and it is still working now (just not as cold as it could be), so I don't want to convert to 134a. Can I just dump in a can of Freeze 12? It says it is compatible and you dont need to remove existing R12. To what psi should I fill it to?

Of the two ports on my compressor, which is the low one for the fill? The red or the black?

Not planning on mixing R134. Interested in Freeze 12 specifically. Supposedly you can just dump it in with existing R12.
