Freeze 12 recharge

Freeze 12 recharge
I don't use my AC that often and it is still working now (just not as cold as it could be), so I don't want to convert to 134a. Can I just dump in a can of Freeze 12? It says it is compatible and you dont need to remove existing R12. To what psi should I fill it to?
Of the two ports on my compressor, which is the low one for the fill? The red or the black?
