Frame rot repair

Well I just picked up a 94 pickup in excellent shape but it has a two foot section on each side of the framerail that is rotted right through. It has not broken and the top of the frame appears to be solid but the bottom of it is shot from crap sitting in the boxed frame for years. My question is what should I do to fix this? The truck is totally worth saving and I am NOT gonna do a body swap onto a nicer frame. I am a decent welder and I do have access to a good mig welder so if there is someone who has fixed a frame while the body is still on the truck, please chime in! Thanks alot

Andy

rear crossmember and tire carrier were beyond repair, inside of frame between rear crossmember was gone, gas tank crossmember was rotted on DS

Wow after seeing that, I think I should too! Only the rust on mine is under the cab and I am not sure if I can access it completely with the body on. Ill let you know how it goes.
