Frame possibly bent?
Last weekend I was at the 4 Wheel Parts customer appreciation day in Hungry Valley...
People started rolling in saturday night, so there were some night runs going on.
I ended up following the guys from UDS Hardware. Bad idea stock. ha ha.
Anyways, I followed them just fine for an hour or so, but got to a spot that after watching 3 SAS/locked rigs have moderate problems with, I decided to turn back. We were in a small canal type setting, so I backed up until I saw a path up to the top of the ravine.
It didnt look hard at all, so I just babied it up in 2nd gear/4lo. Got the front wheels up, stopped going. Tried a slightly different line, same results. So I decide to try the 1st line again with just a bit more throttle... Well, I made it up.
And caught a little air in the process and knocked my passenger front tire off its bead.
Got someone with a hi-lift and a compressor to help me out.
Started driving, and the steering wheel was at about 9:00 straight. Didn't think it was a big deal. When I got back on the main road, I noticed that turning left caused my pass. tire to rub the lower valance.
Drove it home the next day, it was drove fine going 70 down I-5 with the exception of the wheel being cocked left and rubbing the valance.
I took it over to the frame shop, but he wouldnt be able to take it for a few days so I took it over to the tire shop I used to work at and had my buddy there check it out and align it.
He said it aligned just fine and he didn't see anything wrong with the frame or suspension.
But now I noticed that sometimes, I'm rubbing on the right side valance turning right. Not all the time, just sometimes. Almost like something is shifting?
It drives straight, doesn't wobble...
If something was real lose or the frame was bent I would notice it driving, right? Not just the rub?
Tires: 31x10.50
Wheels: 15x7 steelies, 3.75" back space.
Thoughts?
Maybe I stressed the torsion bars and they are shot?

If the frame was bent that bad, it wouldnt drive straight. Make some diagonal measurment underneath. Use holes on the frame that are in the same place on each side and measure diagonally from one hole to the other and then switch over to the other diagonal. They need to be within an eighth of an inch.
