Got my injectors put in. The throttle response is much, much better than before. It's also smoother when i shift gears, before it would lurch at times. I can't really tell a power increase, but i also haven't dogged it yet. However, the truck doesn't bog down going up hills like it did before, so that impressed me. I'm most interested in fuel economy improvement. I just filled up the tank so we'll see in a few days how that goes. So far, i give them a thumbs up

I drove it to work today and i have to say its a big improvement. I live in north georgia and its all hills. the truck climbs them so much better than before. way less skinny pedal required to make it up them. i really can't wait to see what the mpg's are.

i like mine alot as well.. although a true test would be one with new injectors and one with flamethrower injectors... one of those things you'll never know I guess... unless your just bored lol... very happy with mine tho... im just trying to decide on if i should do 35" tires or 37"...

or send old injectors to witch hunter first, then install some flamethrowers. i'd be interested in that comparo.

not sure what witch hunter charges for cleaning. and i'm sure new yota injectors would cost an arm and a leg. you can get the flamethrower injectors for under $150 i think on ebay. thats a deal. and you don't have a week of down time mailing your injectors off and waiting for them to return. and if i'm not mistaken, even after your stock injectors are cleaned, they are still the "squirt" style. the flamethrowers are the newer style that spray a fine mist for better atomization. the more i drive the more i can tell a difference, its soooo much smoother and there is a power increase. i'd say more of a torque increase, this thing pulls up hills way easier than before.

i agree 100%... i use 5th gear alot more then ever now and hills arent bad anymore lol

its physics. atomized fuel burns better and faster than non-atomized fuel. the faster and more complete the burn, the bigger the bang, the higher the cylinder pressure over more degrees of rotation, and the more power the engine produces.

I had just put in reman'd injectors cleaned by ASNU equipment 6 months prior, mine were in good shape so it didn't do much for me. I decided to give the flamethrowers a try and it improved torque in the lower RPM ranges of 1500-2500. High RPMs is the same. Definitely worth my time.
