fixed my axle seals not another problem needs to be fixed... a little help please

fixed the seals... it was bad... did the inner and outer... looks hard but it was really easy.. changed to shoes too...


my other problem is the horn itself works... the question that gets asked 100's times...
okay... the horn works... hooked it straight to the car battery....
my problem is... when the owner i bought the truck from installed a grant steerling wheel... and cut some wires im guessing... and i can't find that brass pin... i dont even know what im looking for... heres the pics... feel free to draw on it with microsoft paint...

it would be under that aluminum adapter hub. That thing is definetly not factory lol. btw what are those wires that look cut directly underneath the column? Looks like those could be part of the problem.

I granded a wire n tapped it to the wires that were cut. the cruise light cam on so I'm assuming its for the cruise control
