Well these fenders have been sitting in my garage for over a year now. Being away at school made kept me from putting them on. So since it was a nice day I decided to put them on. They are made for a 4x4 yota...I was sent them instead of the 2wd ones. They fit on my truck so I am not worried about it. Also since my fenders were off it was also a good time to take care of the rust holes in my wheel wells. Don't be too critical on the way that I put it all together since i used pop-rivets to patch the hole instead of welding it. I only had simple hand tools no welder. In total it took me about 6 hours to complete.

And look what came in the Mail today. New treadwright 31-10.50-15 tires. I cannnot wait to get them on my truck!! When I first get my truck i never thought that i would be putting this large of a tire on my truck. It will be sweet though.

looks pretty good!, did good on the form fitting of the metal even tho it was pop rivited lol, looks like ur gonna set her up for a LT kit...maybe...somewhere in the future and those tires look just like goodyear MTR'S...??how much were they?

looks good man! I am curious how well those qtr panels fit? any problems lining them up to the body? i ask b/c mine are starting to rust out on the lower corners and those look pretty sick imo.

Yea i would to put in a LT kit. But as a college kid I dont have the funds for it sadly. The quarter panels actually were not that bad to form. It just takes time and patients. It sucks to do but once its done it feels great to know that water will now not splash when i go through a large puddle. LOL

lol, I feel ya on the $$. I'm in the same spot, trying to keep mine free of cancer. not to bug ya...lol but I have more questions: those are downey fenders right? do they match up with the lines of the truck (like the dimples in the doors)?

Yea they are downey fenders. The curves of the my doors match up very nicely to the fenders. I just had to drill the mounting holes myself. It wasn't too hard but it took some time to line it all up to where it looked respectable.

just a FYI downey doesnt actually make the fenders, they are made by hanneman fiberglass but downey did have the best price when i bought mine last year.

yakamoto, what suspension are you running right now?

As on now I have:
-1.5" BJ spacers
-Low profile bumpstops
-Downey torrsion bars (I think they ride much better than the stock bars)
-Downey Shackles
-4x4 shocks in the rear (rides much better with them)
-3" body lift
-Lockrite "lunchbox" locker with 4.10 gears(much better than the 3.07 gears that i had)

And then I havn't decided if i want to go with the 63" chevys or downey 3" lift leaf spring. My Leaf springs are shot, they are riding on the overload board and it kills my back going over any bumps. Also i am thinking of going with Obsessed motor sports 3" lift spindles but they are $$$.

I just can't stop wanting to modify my truck. Its too much fun!

you should be ok with that size tire. you mighty get a tiny amount of rubbing in the inner fender well but nothing major.
before i had my f55 pack, i had a stock toyota leaf pack with no overload spring but had a deaver triple pack add a leaf setup and downey HD shackles. they rode very well and gave about 3'' of lift total. i was getting about 10'' of travel with that setup and it did very well off road for a stock replacement pack. i was also still able to haul a good amount of weight with it. the deaver triple pack cost about $180 new but if i were starting over i would go that way again. http://www.deaverspring.com. also try checking out race-dezert.com, dezertrangers.com, and TTora.com for there classifieds because you can find some good deals on parts. i have gotten 90% of my trucks suspension from them.

I've been trying to beat on my Treadwright AT's so I can justify new (ie bigger) tires, but they are very cut & chip resistant to the sharp AZ rocks...

ETA-I also requested BFG sidewalls, and I will say the customer service was pretty good from treadwright.

Yea I asked for the BFG side tire on purpose. They have thicker sidewalls. I will post some more pics up when they are on my truck

x3! I bought my TW's thinking that I'd tear them up pretty quick but they just won't die. They wear like iron.

hermm..i might just getem for my dodge, it can fit 35"s but it wont look goofey like my yota will with 33"s

You will definitely want to seam-seal those patch panels.
