Sometimes the switch burns out but mainly if the motor is really stiff from dried bushings and crud.
You can also check the switch by pulling up and down on the level lever, it might go on and burn somemore. The resistor is mounted to the left of the motor. Check the motor make sure it spins easy, Best place to start. |
