I have the PRO COMP one on my bumper and it will fit most anything as wide as a TOYOTA 2 gen .

The mounts should be the same style as my pro comp and you really just set it where you want it and drill the holes and mount it

The lights are for a TEXAS bumper for a big truck you can get them at most any truck stop for like 10-15 bucks apiece and they come with a 3 wiring plug (for blinker and running light ),rubber grommet(you have to cut to fit) to fit it into the hole and hold it from comming out.

I belive you are refering to my light bar on the roof not PYRO'S
I ran the wiring thru the firewall and up the A piller then along the frame of the door(under the head liner) to about the middle and drilled a hole to roof added a grommet and silicone for water proofing
