Exact size tap required for chasing threads for new HG?

Does anyone have the exact tap size required for cleaning/chasing the threads for the head bolts on a 3.0 3VZE? I've never used a tap/die set before, and the different sizes are confusing me...(another post here talks about REALLY screwing up the holes by using the wrong size tap.)

(I don't have a Dremel or tool for grinding a strip into the old head bolts to use as a thread cleaner-upper-do-dad.)

Thanks all,
Steve
