Eratic idle question???? 198922re
Hope I am posting in the right place?
1989 22re, I just replaced timing cover. Started the truck and it idles high (2800 rpm) when first started. Then after about 2 minutes it will seem to "Miss" rpm will raise and fall very rapidly.
P.S.
It did this before the repair of timing cover.
Truck has not been run for about 5 years.
Bad fuel???
Timing ???
Vacuum leak???
