Engine Rebuild Kits

Anybody used japanengines_inc on ebay, or japanengines.com? Looking for a farily cheap, but good, and complete rebuild kit. Or, if you have any other recomendations, tell me.

They are correct. Ted is great, and so are the parts that they supply.

But just a piece of useless information, I ended up tossing two sets of bottom end bearings and bought Clevite instead because the Rock (the brand they supply) were all over the board in measurements.

I bought a brand new head, fully assembled, with cam and full rebuild kit, and timing cover and it was $802.

I think the kit alone, which is pistons, rings, and full gasket kit is only $289

Would you choose either one over the other?
