Engine & MPG issues compression

Engine & MPG issues compression
Truck 1994 3.0 v6 auto trans ADD hubs 100k miles on 33 inch tires 4 inch lift 4.56 gearing
The truck is getting 11.5 mpg, as well being sluggish and not at full power.
This is what I have done and changed.
wires
plugs & gapped
dist cap & rotor
15 degrees advanced timing
pcv valve
air filter
oil change
trans filter and fluid
lubed all ports on the drive line
timing belt
water pump
thermostat
rad cap
rad hoses x2
belts x3
new batt optima red style
tires at 35 psi ( max psi)
new dash pot
throttle mod has been adjusted and tested
Now the compression numbers are as follows
1. 149 ---170 with oil inserted
2. 120 ---165 with oil inserted
3. 140 ---170 with oil inserted
4. 138 ---149 with oil inserted
5. 160 ---180 with oil inserted
6. 120 ---149 with oil inserted
There is a slight jump in the engine as it is running, as well as it had a starting issue when it was hot when I first bought it. The starting issue has not done it since. However I think that the rough idle and tach jump it the cold start injector leaking. I plan to replace it soon.
So what I need to know is what else could be a issue?
Is there away to solve the compression numbers with out doing a rebuild?
Then the catch all question is there something I failed to ask that I should have?
Thank you all for your insight.

ALso the head gasket was done a 40K by toyota and is listed in the toyota system so I know it was done. It does not loss Rad fluid, it does not leak oil nor does it seem to burn it.

I know you do not want to hear this, but it looks like you are losing a lot of compression past your piston rings. Unless you messed up the test somehow, I think a rebuild is in your future.
That does seem like awfully bad compression for an engine with only 100k miles. Someone more knowledgeable than me will speak up, but something seems off.
