engine light diagnoses

kinda been a lurker here but finally have a question so here goes!

So I have a 93 4runner with 202k on it. 4x4 automatic with the 3.0. When the car is cold the engine light will pop on after a half a minute of driving or something, maybe longer, it varies. After a thorough warm up and then shutting off the car and restarting it, the light seems to stay off. Also, it seems that there is a loss of power when the light comes on. Temp gauge never fluctuates or gets hot. Oil pressure is good. Thats all the data I can think of. Also, it has recently become very wet here in washington so I think it may be humidity related. Hard to say. Im hoping its an O2 sensor or something. What do you guys think?

Thanks for the opinions.

Check your codes and report back. Search will reveal how to do this, all will also reveal the key to cipher your code(s).
