engine bogging

hey when i start my 4runner 22re-t it runs fine but when i put it in gear it goes to 500rpm and boggs when i push on the gas. it will shift into 3rd gear (automatic) between 15-18 miles per hour. does anyone know what could be causeing this?

it was the tps sensor.
