EFI fuse blowing

My brother inlaw finally came to his sences (Jeep/Mopar guy) and got a 1990 Pickup, everything was working fine and all of a sudden it started blowing the EFI fuse. Put a new one in and 2 seconds later it blows. Anyone have an idea what might be causing this? Any suggestions what to check? Any help would be great... Thanks Larry

A common one is the wires shorting to ground where the O2 sensor wires cross around the tranny crossmenber. Under the exhaust.

^^^What he said^^^

Another likely spot for shorts on a 22RE is where the harness goes over the fuel rail it can rub through and depending on which wire/wires short can cause several different problems.
