Easiest Way To Access Back Of The Block?

Thanks to Yotatech I know I left out the back galley plug, near the rear main seal on my new 22r install
http://www.putfile.com/pic.php?img=5442895

What is the easiest way to get back in there? Am I looking at pulling the engine back out? Can I get in there from the bottom with a tranny jack?

I am new to the Toyota wrenching world and not afraid to get in there and work, just want to avoid another mistake like the one I already made! You guys are awesome!

IMHO its easier to pull the trans than the engine - less stuff connected....

But thats becuase I can swap a clutch in a single day.
