Question Driving with diagnostic codes a bad thing?

i have codes 25 and 41 but haven't had the time to adjust the TPS correctly or money for the O2 sensor...ive had the lean code for about a month and a half now. is it bad to be driving my runner everyday with these codes? what would be impacted?
