definatly not. 
if u can then you skinned your ring and pinion and broke the tranny or the tranny is not in gear and you skinned the ring and pinion.
think about it for a sec. the driveline turns the tires. if the tires cant move the DL cant move.
it might move slightly but no full turns or quarter of a turn or anything like that
