Dont know what this pulley is. please help!

can someone please tell me what this pulley is. I am changing my fan and radiator in my 1990 4runner 3.0 and this pulley dose not have the belt on it and i want to know why. thanks

Yeah sorry about that. Maybe I can just explain it to you. There are 3 different belts off of the main shaft. This one it the center pulley and there is no belt

a fresh pic from right now. 1988 3vze

belt closest to the motor goes to the alternator, middle belt to the a/c and forward-most belt to the power steering.
