Best way to remove these dents? Its ok if paint chips or cracks bout to repaint, just seeing what ideas or shortcuts yall have used!

Buy or rent a stud welder and puller, would probably be the easiest to use

a stud welder would ruin your paint and maybe put little holes in your pannel...... but if you dont care about that and you simply want the dents out and dont want to rent one. a trick we used to use was drill a very small hole, screw some LONG screws in slights, clamp some mole clamps to the end and gently hit it out with a hammer.
not great but works a treat to get the big dents out

I have (Way in the past) putt a soccer ball between panels and inflated it. But that will depend on the strength of the back panel.
