Exclamation distributor voltage at ecm? 3vze, crank but no start almost solved

anybody knows working voltage at ecm at hot and crank while checking distributor at both ends?; how is that possible that i got voltage = 0 at both ends and truck starts now within 1 crank
1990 v6 3vze; according to this forum info, my pickup coil inside distributor are out of specs same as main ignition coil, forgot to mention that main coil is brand new from toyota dealer
90' distributor pickup coil readings are 330, 330, 160; need some input here, i think im getting really close to solving cold start problems, cranks but no start issues

If you are refering to the 4 wires that go to the distributor, those send pulses of voltage. There is not a constant voltage, so your multimeter probably won't read them correctly. A logic probe would tell you if you are getting the voltage pulses required.

good to know i didnt know that i manage to pull 3 harness wires out of the loop, 4th one broke , spend 2hrs and got it out, i dont have spare toyota terminals so im gonna use jdm connector out of other jananese maker and ill make it fit, no damage to ecm so all good, damn as soon as i got one wire is off the ecm loop here goes 'dry mode' ; hopefully running extra sub harness directly to distributor would be a definite fix;
