Ive been looking around at bestbuy, fry's elec, newegg and cant seem to find any decks that would fit... most are 7inch+ and wont fit...

anyone using newer decks, care to give me the model name, or know of how to mod that center console thing to fit a bigger one?

i would just let it stick out the front some, but i dont want it getting damaged any from the shifter.

They are too "deep"?

Ive had several decks in my Gen1 4Runner over the years - never had an issue with any JIC sized deck.

any deck will fit. just get an install kit that fits your year truck. my dads 86 runner has a new kenwood deck that we put in.

thanks guys, i was just going by measurements on them, and when i measured the deepness of that console where it goes, its not that deep, but i guess that it will fit just fine with the install kit.
