crazy noise after tahuya, mahalo for help
I was wheeling my yoda wen i wound up in a ditch, had to rev pretty hard to get outta there, once i was out whenever I rev to 3000 rpms theres a crazy noise. I thought it was the valves, my buddy said to check out my catalytic converter tomorow. any input?

" Crazy noise" is a very unspecific term. Maybe try to explain it more?
When I rev my '93 past 4200 rpm, the bolts on the exhaust manifold tend to back out almost instantly. Until you can describe the noise better, check there and the whole exhaust system for cracks/holes missing bolts/etc.

Before I asked for help I'd just listen to the noise and figure out where it was coming from. I bet all you need to do is have someone sit in the seat and rev it while you look around under the hood and under the truck.
When you find the source of the noise then come back and post what it is to get help fixing it.

Does it make noise when revving up the street, or in neutral? If neutral, you can pretty much rule out drivetrain past the engine (excluding vibrations mentioned). 5spd or auto?

yeah, crazy noise is a vague description. If it sounds like plastic wrap flapping in a 50 miles per hour wind, it may be an exhaust leak. Once a leak occurs, it can damage the gasket and tightening it may not help. If you drug the pipe in the dirt, you may have damaged the downpipe (from the upper manifold, down to the exhaust pipe / converter) or the flange on the bottom of the manifold.
if you're only hearing it around 3000, your timing guide may have just happened to break at the same time and the chain may be hitting the timing cover.
