Crazy fan speeds
I've got a '93 4Runner and the fan speeds are wierd. If you think of the fans speeds from low to high as 1, 2, 3, 4 mine runs like 1, 2, 1, 4 when I click through them. In other words, I've got low, medium low, low again (where medium high should be), and high. Anyone have any ideas about what could be causing this?

it is possible that your blower motor resistor is starting to die.. for how long now has your fan been doing this?
On a side note, my fan goes nothing-nothing-low-high (1-2-3-4)

For as long as I've had it, which is about 6 months. I had to replace my old 93 4Runner after I got rear-ended (broke my heart) Anyway, this new one's just had several problems and the fans is one that I thought might be an easy fix that I can do myself.

i dont know how bad your problem is, but fan speeds on yotas seem to be the biggesr design flaw
