Angry coolant line busted and my 4Runner overheated

Here is the story I had a coolant line bust and my 4runner overheated. Once I replaced the line and added coolant it would not start. I have replaced the COR, spark plugs, and ignition coil. I then put a noid light on my number 1 injector and I am not getting a pulse. Any ideas I am loosing my mind, I hope it is not the ECU.

So, you are not getting fuel?

are you getting spark

do you have compression?

If the ecu was bad, the CEL would not come on when you turned the key to run (it should for a few seconds).

I have fuel, compression, and I am getting spark. I do not think that I am still getting a good spark though. After replacing ignition coil and spark plugs I would think I would be getting a blue spark when I ground it to the block. It is not blue and it doesnt look real strong. Is possible that it could be the pick up coil? I read somewhere that the pick up coil sent a signal for the injectors.

put 3 or 4 tablespoons of marvels mystery oil in the cylinders and let it sit for 8 hours and try again, even though you have compression your rings may not be working correctly

Thanks. I have checked the fuse. I have checked all the fuses and done all the resistance checks associated with the system. At this point I am really at a loss. Keep all the advice coming. What would keep the injectors from getting power and the spark plugs from getting a blue spark?
