Converting my 95 4runner from auto to man.
Im looking into converting my 4runner to a manual transmission and Im looking for a good link on what all I need for this. Obviously a transmission which I have, a pedal assembly a tank. Do I need to change the ECU? I could care less about a check engine light. Any info is much appreciated. Will post pics soon. Thanks

You will need:
Transmission/Tcase
Shifters with knobs and clips
Drivelines (both front AND rear)
Transmission mount
Clutch master cylinder
Clutch slave cylinder
Clutch pedal assembly
Clutch hard line (with brackets)
Clutch soft line (with brackets and clips)
Clutch assemblym (pressure plate, disc, T/O bearing, pilot bearing)
Flywheel
To do it proper, you need to change the ECU and Harness.
To do it on the cheap, you can trick the NSS into thinking its always in neutral. Then you just have to figure out a way to wire up your backup lights and 4WD indicator light.
