Contemplating 5-Speed Swap

So I found a R150F tranny out of an 89 Pickup on craigslist and since my mileage sucks with the auto I was wondering what it takes to do a 5 speed swap. I have searched, but have yet to find a complete parts list and a step-by-step write up on how to do it.

Also, what's a good price for a R150F tranny w/ transfer case?

Do your self a large favor.

Buy a complete parts vehicle that may have a blown engine and has not been picked clean.

The major things are not bad it is all the little parts that cause so many trips sourcing things one never thinks of.

That way all the parts are right at hand plus all the other extra things you don`t want can be sold or just sent for scrap.
