compression issues

Picking up a parts truck later today and it has a running 22re in it. However the radiator is been cut out and the timing cover cracked. It runs fine and all but a compression test yielded cyl 2 and 4 a little low. Could something be causing these 2 to be low i.e. Headgasket or something small?

The motor was replacd 2 years ago frm a motor frm toyota and has a 5 year warranty. Is that warranty transferable?

The truck was badly wreckd if that would void any said warranty. Just checking options.

I searchd but couldn't get a straight answer
