Clutch issues
The truck is a 1991 Toyota truck with a 22re and W56c transmission. The issue is that the clutch is soft and it can shift without pushing in the clutch, I replaced the slave and bleed it out, but to no avail it still doesn't function. There is also a soft clunking sound when it is revved up with a burning smell that lingers. This happened when it was -50F and it could have destroyed the clutch. Any suggestions?

Revved up with a burning smell...is it slipping then? Or are you saying you have to shift it without the clutch because the clutch isn't releasing from the flywheel when you depress the pedal?

The bracket is fine I checked that, when you push the clutch in there isn't any pressure. Also the truck doesn't move. I can sit in the seat and move the shifter into 1-5-R without pushing in the clutch.

I would say your pressure plate is no longer holding the friction plate to the flywheel. In which case, it's time for a new clutch kit, either Aisin from Wabbit or the heavier duty version from Marlin. I believe both come with new friction plate, pressure plate, throw out bearing, and pilot bearing, as well as alignment tool.
