Clutch it
So I took a few pictures of the clutch and fly wheel out of the 95 4Runner 3.0. The rig has 240,000 miles on it and I suspect this is not the original clutch.

I think most of us have seen something similar and some of us way to often
My rule of thumb on my vehicles is if the transmission comes out a new clutch goes in.
Exceptions are if the transmission comes out the same day or within 5000 miles or less
Or if I decide to break down and Buy a Marlin Crawler Kit even though nothing is wrong with the Aisin Clutch now installed

When you replace the clutch, make sure the spring fingers on the pressure plate are all aligned with each other. The FSM says to within .020". If they are misaligned, they'll put a rotating rocking pressure against the throwout bearing, causing it to start wobbling on the transmission quill. Then it will start squeaking and drive you crazy, because it only squeaks when your foot is off the clutch pedal - in other words, most of the time.

Normally I would say might as well change it when you can. However this one doesn't look to bad and I am kicking the idea around of re using it.

If money wasn't a issue it would be getting a heavy fly wheel and a MC heavy clutch kit however I don't know if I will even put 10,000 miles on the truck before i end up selling it.

I do clutches on Freightliners all day everyday. If the trans comes out for any reason. A new clutch goes in.

Well you said the magic words Sell the Truck !!
My stuff I keep till I give it away most times.
Yea if your selling don`t waste the money on a new clutch we know you never get any of it back
Unless you might sell to a friend in that case you will be helping to put the clutch in at a later date

I don't know I keep going back and forth.
one option I like is to run a LCE 35lb heavy fly wheel (13lbs over stock 3vze) and a MC 1200lb clutch and install kit. It's a good chunk of change but I wonder if it would benifit from it.

Unless you have some heavy-duty towing application in your future for this truck, I'm not sure why you'd spend a lot of extra money on a heavy duty clutch. My experience is that the OEM one is completely adequate for any kind of normal driving with the 3vze. I've towed a 2500 lb trailer across the Colorado Rockies multiple times and never felt like the clutch was being stressed.

My rig has the heavy tow package with 3500lb tow rating. The motor it's self is probably about 15% over stock out put so I am not worried to much there. The issue is the very steep slow grades at 20-35 mph that are on tight bending roads. I live on a mountain and transition from 1200 to 5500 feet on the same roads every day. When there is a accident I take the fire trails that are also very steep covered in dirt and gravel some times pulling 1500-3000lbs
