Cleaning out the Holes

Newb here but have been lurking in the shadows. Owner of a 93 P/U 4X4 XCab DLX, 170K.

How does one clean out the little run-off holes/cavities near the bottom of the passenger and driver side doors? Have a ton of debris there from the years and my hand cannot get in there fully to clean it out. Suggestions?

Welcome!!
How about you try blowing it out with compressed air or maybe a small vacuum...

street- Thanks for the tip,... tried it, there is some good compost in there now (will put it in the garden if I can get to it! It's kind of a slugde/soil build up at this point and in the seams. Just trying to avoid the dreaded Mr. Rusty.
