I bought and sold a truck that had the chevy fenders on it. The box was homemade and fenders just mounted to it. It will be a few days, but I can get the dimensions if you need them. Just PM me so I dont forget about this post. The front post was cut down. You can buy the 55ish to 66 Chevy box in a kit from a few different places and might have to cut it down for some other options.

Chevy s10 step side bolts right up if i remember right and so dose the chevy luv/Isuzu pup step side which looks just like the white one above
Edit i forgot if you do the s10 ya have to either put in a gas tank filler door on the right side. Or run your filler hose to the left side of the truck

That looks like the pup/luv bed or the nwor i dont remember the differences between the two but there both hard to come by. There was a guy on here who cut down a full sized Chevy stepside and put it on it came out similar to that

I have the Downey bed and understand it is from NWOR. The way I tell the difference is behind the fender is a longer gap and infront of the fender is a shorter gap. I hear the Luv bed is the same and then I have heard they are different. I have found a good enough picture to see the difference. They do look like they have the same or similar flare on the fenders.

I scanned my old NWOR catalog and as you can see it's definitely NOT a NWOR bed... The NWOR bed "box" was flat while the Downey bed "box" had an inlayed (for lack of a better term) piece
