Check engine lights

Hi everyone, I'm new around here, joined up because I'm having problems with my 91 4runner, automatic v-6 197,000 miles. I had coolant in my oil a few weeks ago and overheated, it got sealed up with some liquid additive (I know, really bad right?). The head gaskets were replaced about 10,000 miles ago. I'm also having some other problems like loss of power, the truck drives, but it's really sluggish. I had this before and I've read up on that extensively on here, so thanks! Before this last overheat I could turn the engine off after warming up a bit and get my power back, now it just stays low after driving a few seconds.This morning I checked my check engine code and got quite a few of them, at least I think I read it right. Here's what I got:
12
22
24
31
41
52 (have already read quite a bit about this one)
So all those others, I'm having trouble finding where they are from. I was told by two mechanics that the engine needs to be rebuilt. I was thinking of doing it myself, seems like a fun project to take on and seems very doable after reading all the yotatech forms. So before all that, I wanted to find out what all those other codes are.
Thanks you guys!

12= rpm signal
22= engine coolant temp
24=intake air temp
31=volume air flow
41=throttle position sensor
52= knock sensor

after seeing the list and where they are located i would say that u have a bad harness or not plugged.. also could be a bad ground. now for the motor issue, i would rebuild it the fact that the head gaskets where replaces 10,000 miles ago and already leaking (cheap ebay set? ) i would defiantly do it, the stuff u put in to plug the issue also will plug the radiator and heater core, it will also plug passages that are in the block and heads, i would have a shop do the main work on the rebuild but assembling it u can do if u have the right tools and know how... good luck and let us know what u decide what to do...
