catalytic converter
My 1995 4X4 has a catalytic converter gasket leak. Are the 2 gaskets on each side of the catalytic converter different?
Also the bolts are all rusted should I just cut them off with a hacksaw and just get new bolts and nuts and use them?

Yes front and rear is different. Front is a larger diameter. I bought the wrong one last time but pulled the inner ring out and stacked the gasket in.I had to use new hardware in the front got away with reusing the hanger in the rear.

Thats my mistake... i picked up another cat from a wheelin buddy. May not have been from a 95. I completely forgot about that. I wondered why it didnt fit. (Went in the parts store and asked for the gasket for my 95 truck.) Looked like an older cat. 95 seal fit the rear but not the front. Sorry... bolt pattern and flang were all the same. Ive got an extra gasket ill go check it against my oem cat and give the part number.
