Cam Shaft Sprocket Mis-Alighment...HELP!!!
I am sick to my stomach right now, while I was replacing the timing belt on my 94' 3.0 V6 engine the left Camshaft Sprocket moved! It is now out of alignment with the crank shaft and other sprocket... what the heck do I do?

this is what you need. I found it on my first google search *hinthint* Its a bit sparse but all the info you need is there. if you have any more questions, post em here, or search "3.0 timing"

Yes there are marks on the sprockets and it moved approx 1.5 to 2" to the left of the mark. I looked at the wiki answers and it is a little vague. Do I just use a wrench to turn that sprocket back to the alignment mark on the back cover?

Let's see if I can remember the process well enough to convey it to you...
1. Remove the left cam sprocket
2. reinstall the sprocket lined up with the marks on the belt, but without the dowel pin all the way in, don't worry about where the cam is turned. Only thread the bolt in halfway, or however far you can with the dowel pin only in the sprocket, not the cam.
3. turn over the engine by hand until you can simply slide the dowel pin into the cam.
4. Continue turning the engine by hand until you can confirm you have both cams in time with the crank.
It's not really worth trying to fight the cam when tdc puts it on the opening of one of the valves, it will just continue to try and turn left to relieve the pressure. I hope that helps and it's clear enough for you to follow. I don't have my 3.0 anymore, or I'd explain it better with pictures or something.
