Cam Degreeing Question '89 22re

I have a '89 22re will a Engnbldr Street RV head and 268c/Torkr cam.

I found positive TDC and proceeded to find the cam intake centerline. I used the this method (
) by LCE and this one (http://www.4x4wire.com/toyota/tech/cam_degreeing/).

Both ways I'm getting around 90deg. I should be at 110deg.

I didn't think I was doing it wrong so I started looking at pictures of what the cam looks like installed at I think I found my problem.

When the dowel pin is at 12o'clock, the peak of the No.1 intake lobe should be around 4o'clock (110deg centerline). My cam is at 10o'clock.

Does anyone tell me what their No.1 intake lobe looks like when at TDC? Thanks!
