a/c dropping engine rpm's solved
for a few times i noticed that when i turn on the a/c and the rpm's drops to nearly 300,so i started troubleshooting the problem and everything was ok the vsv, vacum lines and the harness plug.all stuff was ok but the plug, there was no ground so take it apart and use a chassis ground for test.right away the rpm's started to go up but no such much so i turn the screw out a bit and it worked.a new problem rise and now the rpms wont come down even with the a/c off,but then i remember that the a/c button was wired to an aftermarket temp switch, dont know why but the a/c' wont turn off even if i turn it off with the button,so i figured out thats why the vsv always stays on,so i also take the + wire of the plug (cut from harness) and tap it with the a/c compressor to use the a/c cycles and now it drops when compressor is not in use or when cycling.now the engine gets 900 rpm's with out a/c on and slighty higher when a/c is on.
a/c now is working really good!
hope this help someone.
