bushings

when i make a turn it sounds like something in the front suspension/drive system is loose or maybe more like a "shift". Does this mean that i need new bushings. There is nothing loose down there because I just got done replacing the timing chain and triple checked the tighness of the surrounding bolts. What bushings do you guys recommend?

if its a loud popping grinding it could be the steering stops, so just put a dab of grease on them.

if its a rattle on really sharp turns it could be your CV's

if it happens when you got on like a road with lots of bumps and pot holes but is straight then it is probably something like a loose bolt

I dont know if you got new tires anytime recently but they could be rubbing if they are large.

hope this helps

Check your idler arm - might be causing some noises if its very worn

Also check your wheel bearings, mine had not been touched in a LOOONG time, had tons of play and causes some pretty horrible noises.
