Burning oil and leak-down test results

I used my leak-down tester on my truck to try and figure out why its burning so much oil.

It seems to be that all the air is escaping from the exhaust valve on the #1 cylinder at TDC.

Is there any suggestions other than tearing it down? Adjust the valves?

22k on rebuild

Thanks

first thing is to check/adjust your valve clearances if they are in spec and your still leaking out of the exhaust valve its probably time to pull the head and have the valve and seat re-ground although i don't see an burnt exhaust valve causing excessive oil consumption
